Mr. Mallon did an awesome job during my contested divorce! It was a really stressful process but he helped ease my anxiety and he was able to get me the things that I really wanted in the divorce.

Mr. Mallon helped me through what was the most difficult time in my life. Initially this was going to be an uncontested divorce until my ex decided to get an attorney to try to take what I had that was premarital. Mr. Mallon switched his stance on our approach and began the paperwork to file for divorce after I found out my ex had been having an affair. He was very clear that she was not entitled to my property and my pre-marital funds. He made certain I understood what MD law stated she was and wasn’t entitled to. Essentially he was understanding of the vengeful, spiteful nature she had. He heard my ex say on speaker in his office, “I told my attorney about your pension and his mouth began to water.” Throughout the process, Mr. Mallon was attentive to my inquiries and provided me clear direction on how my case was proceeding. Ultimately he assisted in getting a reasonable agreement signed while also helping me to protect my pension through the process. I hope this is the only time I’ll ever need to do this process, but I’m glad I had an attorney helping me through it that I could trust.
